Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate employee and visitor movement.
- Coordination with support staff, office assistants, and builders on the upkeep of office infra.
- Coordinate with builders/vendors for any floor maintenance.
- Handle all incoming & outgoing couriers, printing & petty cash.
- Coordinate, and mentor support staff and office assistants on day-to-day work.
- Invoice tracking, DC tracking & maintenance.
- Lunch and cafeteria management.
- Coordinate during employee onboarding & offboarding process.
- Prepare monthly reports as per business & compliance requirements.
- Assist in office administration-related work.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any discipline
- Good communication skills; oral & written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multitasking
- Quick & keen learner with leadership qualities
