Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns and events.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR efforts and media mentions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential PR opportunities.
- Assist in managing the company’s social media presence and contribute to content creation.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, scheduling interviews, and managing media contacts database.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Assist with crisis communication and help draft responses when necessary.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of PR initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of media landscape, PR tools, and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PR software/tools.
