Role and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers and employees, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with recruiters to manage the full recruitment process for senior roles and advise hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently.
- Create and maintain HR documentation to comply with legal requirements and evolving business needs.
- Offer expert advice on HR policies, coaching managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management while adhering to legal standards.
- Conduct and manage investigations for grievance and disciplinary matters, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with employment laws and handle HR-related matters reliably.
- Assist in the monthly payroll process and address payroll-related queries as a key point of contact.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and systems to support company objectives.
- Support the design and execution of HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the MENA region, aligning them with business goals.
Skills And Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to change.
- CIPD qualification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in an airport, aviation production, or maintenance environment is preferred but not essential.
