Software Development Engineer

Location: Aurora, CO

Clearance: Must have a current and active TS/SCI

DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and innovative software engineer to support critical technical infrastructure support of advanced platforms and a contagious drive for excellence that motivates everyone to be innovative, unique, and deliver cutting edge technology to support the warfighter

Required Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in full-stack software design and development under the Agile methodology.
• Experience with Java, C++, Python, Docker, RESTful interfaces, relational databases (SQL) and scripting under the Linux OS
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Experience with source control using Git and Bitbucket
• Current and active TS/SCI clearance required at time of application. Must be able to maintain required clearances.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in web development technologies
• Proficiency with database design and development
• Experience with Java Messaging Service Brokers, XML manipulation, OpenSCAP

Experience and Education Requirements: To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience in software design and development.
