Role Overview:
As the MyGP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing in-house reporting solutions to support business objectives. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences, automating processes, and supporting Grameenphone’s digital distribution efforts.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated reporting solutions using Python, SQL, and associated APIs from backend systems.
- Create and maintain near-real-time dashboards to monitor app and web performance.
- Build API-based automated reporting systems for Firebase, Jira, and Mixpanel to track key metrics and performance.
- Manage analytics frameworks, including tag & funnel implementation in Firebase & Mixpanel.
- Facilitate data-driven product backlog prioritization by providing actionable insights through analytical tools.
- Provide real-time support to customer-facing teams to resolve issues and improve user experiences.
- Drive process enhancements and optimize reporting systems by exploring and adopting new technologies.
- Enhance database performance through query optimization and system upgrades.
- Ensure system stability, data security, and compliance through software updates and disaster recovery planning.
- Maintain version control and lifecycle documentation, including regular code backups in Git.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in CSE/EEE/ETE/ECE/IT or similar fields.
Experience & Other Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Analysis with demonstrated expertise in automation, reporting, and software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and database management systems.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel.
- Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI would be an added advantage.
