The Role
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team! The Revenue Operations Analyst role will play a pivotal role in ensuring data-driven decision-making across the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This individual will take ownership of our CRM reporting, delivering insights that drive efficiency, improve performance, and support strategic initiatives. With a focus on collaboration and proactive problem-solving, the Revenue Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and CompanyCam leadership to align efforts and improve business outcomes.
Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States.
What You’ll Do
- Own the creation, management, and optimization of Salesforce reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders across the GTM organization.
- Regularly audit Salesforce data against company databases to verify revenue accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to uncover and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support the implementation of data governance best practices to ensure consistent and reliable data entry and reporting.
- Document processes regarding data auditing, reporting, and dashboard maintenance in Salesforce.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records for leads, opportunities, and accounts within Salesforce.
What You’ll Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM administration, data analytics, or a similar role.
- 3+ years of experience building CRM reporting and dashboards, either for oneself or teams.
- 3+ years of experience working with complex formulas within Excel.
- A curious and growth-oriented mindset, knowing when to ask questions and when to run with tasks.
- A strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player mentality focused on serving the customers you support.
- Prior experience in a GTM-facing role, such as Sales or Customer Success, is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL for analysis and querying is preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our salary range is $94,000 – $104,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
