Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
Operation Support
- Coordinate and track internal Nonconformances
- Provide disposition on raw materials and finished products in blocked stock if so authorized
- Utilizes Trackwise to input AFUs, Product Deviations, Vendor NCRs, and nRFTs.
- Coordinate site Vendor NCR process
- Work closely with plant Manufacturing, Maintenance and Logistics Teams on issues to investigate, determine root cause, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Accountable for implementation and maintenance of a portion of the plant Quality Systems. This includes: Training programs, Nonconformance Management, Traceability program, Customer Complaint program, etc
- Support the Sensory Program by participating on internal sensory panels.
- Quality SME for all network capacity projects. Participate in FATs (as needed), commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
- Site lead for FIF/MCP compliance and Quality Good Catch Program
Other Responsibilities
- Compliance with all GMP, OSHA and Plant Safety Policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Compliance with all Manufacturing GMP and Plant Food Safety Policies
- Responsible for maintaining and complying with all applicable PepsiCo, Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards.
- Follow all applicable facility health, safety, and environmental requirements (e.g. PPE policy) and procedures for reporting incidents and/or injuries per the PepsiCo Employee Handbook.
- Authority to immediately address safety risks
- Assist in continuous improvement of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GEHSMS programs and procedures though active participation in the near miss/good catch program
- Control Owner: “Ensure adequate control design and effective execution as required. Test controls as determined by GCS sample size and recommend control documentation updates as required.
Compensation And Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 – $117,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Quality experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Self-Motivated individual with strong Quality Systems experience.
- BS in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience with AIB style auditing desired.
- This is a first shift position, but the individual must be flexible to work different hours occasionally.
- Experience with SAP preferred
