Job Description
This is a full-time role based out of our Austin, Texas headquarters with the expectation of being in-office five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Project management and Execution
- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale Retail Marketing projects within Global Marketing aligned with business objectives and goals.
- Develop and maintain all project-related documentation, including statuses, briefs, requirements, timelines, and meeting notes.
- Manage the execution of all customer-facing materials for in-store and digital activations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
- Coordinate across digital channels (email, web, social, paid media) and physical channels (in-store, print) to ensure timely asset delivery and specification compliance
- Partner with creative and content teams to manage review cycles, implement feedback and ensure deliverables meet brief requirements
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing & Ecomm program owners to ensure briefs are clear and stakeholder feedback is appropriately addressed.
- Lead regular stakeholder communications including status updates, decision documentation and risk identification.
Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Management
- Build constructive business relationships with all marketing stakeholders.
- Analyze stakeholder needs, identify gaps, assess risks, and define capabilities to identify and solve business problems effectively.
- Demonstrate effective planning and stakeholder management by setting and managing realistic project timelines.
Documentation and Quality Assurance
- Establish and implement quality control processes for marketing materials and experiences.
- Ensure proper documentation of project learnings, best practices, and post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Validate information to prevent conflicts and uncover interdependencies across teams.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in marketing or retail.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication, including active listening and stakeholder relationship management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and comfort with ambiguity.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront) and experience with multiple marketing channels.
- Collaborative team player with proven ability to build consensus across diverse groups.
