Responsibilities

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Assist Project Managers (PMs) with front-end paperwork and project startup documentation.
    • Support the preparation and organization of submittals, safety paperwork, and other project-related documentation.
    • Aid in meeting startup requirements for various projects to ensure readiness.
    • Collaborate with all PMs to provide assistance as needed across different project phases.
  • Key Skills and Experience:
    • Must have a solid understanding of submittals and RFIs (Requests for Information).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.
    • Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant PM.
  • Role Characteristics:
    • Detail-focused work, especially in managing submittals and creating comprehensive submittal packages.
    • Non-client-facing role, focused solely on internal collaboration within the Muller team.
    • Critical for project readiness and ensuring smooth project initiation.
  • Growth Opportunity:
    • Potential for the role to evolve into a Project Manager position in the future, depending on performance and development.

Required Qualifications:

  • At minimum 2 Years Experience in Construction with site development experience preferred
  • Prior Experience as an Project Admin or Project Engineer
  • Ability to read/understand project drawings
  • Must have experience managing projects
  • Must have focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in submittal processes
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage documentation efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams, ensuring alignment and progress
