Position Summary

The Kith Women Stylist is a creative and detail-oriented professional responsible for curating and executing styling for all on-body assets within the women’s category at Kith. This role ensures that all looks align with the brand’s aesthetic, seasonal direction, and overarching marketing strategy, showcasing the collection in an aspirational yet relatable way.

Working closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams, the Kith Women Stylist plays a key role in bringing the brand’s vision to life through expert outfit selection, accessorizing, and on-set adjustments. This individual is highly attuned to brand standards, understands how to elevate the brand’s storytelling, and possesses strong organizational and leadership skills to manage all aspects of styling during shoots.

Who You Are

  • Curate and style full looks for women’s campaign and editorial photoshoots, aligning with creative briefs and brand identity.
  • Select and coordinate clothing, accessories, and footwear to ensure cohesive and impactful visuals.
  • Prepare garments for photoshoots, including steaming, pinning, and tailoring for a polished presentation.
  • Collaborate with the design team to understand the seasonal collection and ensure styling highlights key features and narratives.
  • Interpret the brand’s aesthetic and translate it into looks that resonate with the target audience.
  • Work closely with photographers, art directors, and models to ensure styling complements the creative vision of the shoot.
  • Manage on-set styling adjustments to maintain consistency and visual impact across all shots.
  • Troubleshoot and adapt looks as needed during photoshoots to ensure flawless execution.
  • Organize and maintain a thorough inventory of garments, ensuring all items are accounted for and in pristine condition.
  • Coordinate the transport, set-up, and return of wardrobe items before and after shoots.
  • Work with external vendors or showrooms to source additional styling pieces as required.

Skills You Possess

  • 5+ years’ experience as a stylist, preferably in the fashion or retail industry, with a strong portfolio of campaign and editorial work.
  • Deep understanding of women’s fashion and styling techniques.
  • Strong visual and creative sensibility, with the ability to interpret and elevate a brand’s aesthetic.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, models, and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to garment preparation and on-set adjustments.
  • Knowledge of garment care, tailoring, and accessorizing.
  • Flexibility to travel and work extended hours during photoshoots as needed.
