Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure learning outcomes
- Develop lesson plans
- Design and deliver classroom sessions (Technical & Non-Technical)
- Design and deliver workshops
- Provide mentorship for students
- Conduct placement training
- Monitor and evaluate student learning
- Manage placement processes and activities
- Prepare reports
- Manage stakeholders
Requirement
- Graduation in tech (Computer Science, Information Technology) or relevant tech background (work experience, self-learning, projects, etc.)
- 2026 graduates are eligible to apply for both the Fellowship and the Internship
- 3rd & 4th Year students are eligible for the Internship, which can later be converted into a Fellowship
- Strong aptitude in critical thinking and problem-solving
- Belief in the Code India Fellowship’s mission of using education to empower young women with agency and financial independence
- Commitment to a one-year fellowship or a six-month internship, facilitating learning for young women and girls at NavGurukul while focusing on self-growth
