Position Overview: We are looking for a fresher SQL Developer Trainee with a strong interest in database management and development. As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you develop your skills in SQL and database programming. You will work remotely, contributing to key projects while learning from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop SQL programming skills including writing queries, stored procedures, and database functions.
• Assist senior developers in database design, development, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to create and optimize database solutions for various business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring system performance and integrity.
• Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and debugging of SQL queries and database scripts.
• Develop reports, automate data processes, and improve overall database workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with new database technologies and trends.
• Follow industry best practices for database performance, optimization, and security.
• Document SQL queries, system configurations, and development processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of database design, normalization, and data modeling.
• Understanding of any programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is an advantage.
• Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Freshers welcome).
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
