Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Therapist to join our dynamic team in Westchester, CA. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client population while receiving ongoing supervision and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, effectively managing a caseload of 25 clients per week
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the highest quality of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans
- Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based therapies through continuous professional development
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Eligibility for Associate Therapist licensure in California
- Experience in a clinical or counseling setting is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
