SUMMARY

Experience Fresh is a full service, independent agency based in St. Louis. We are looking to add a Designer to our fast-growing team. The core responsibility of this position is to contribute and provide design support within the Creative team. This position will have an opportunity to work across a wide variety of exciting clients in various industries. Agency experience, attention to detail, and ability to meet fast-paced deadlines required.

KEY SKILLS & PROFICIENCIES

• Strong design portfolio
• Solid understanding of design principles
• Strong layout and typography skills
• Proven experience as a Designer in an ad/marcom agency or related industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Deep understanding of current design trends, UX/UI principles, and best practices for digital platforms
• Proficiency in Figma
• Photography and animation skills a plus but not required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and present creative concepts effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with client teams to ensure proactive communication throughout the project scope
• Take direction and be able to produce high quality work
• Balance multiple projects and meet or exceed deadlines
• Collaborate with Design Contractors as needed

Schedule: 40 hours per week, hybrid role with some in-office work; available for phone calls and meetings outside of normal business hours 

Compensation: Salary, BOE
