Job Description

  • Create original content that is consistent with the school’s branding guidelines for various communications channels such as:
    • Social Media
    • Website and other online platforms
    • Internal Documents and Templates
    • Newsletters
  • Contribute to the execution of the Branding and Communications Marketing Plan
  • Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on various media (social, print, etc.)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to boost the effectiveness of marketing strategies and improve the brand
  • Track and record all marketing activities, implement metrics to evaluate their success and amend marketing measures when necessary.
  • Attend and participate in various activities or events, both internal and external, to increase brand awareness.
  • Research and develop ideas for engaging social media captions, video scripts and other key narrative presentations
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to interpret copywriting briefs and produce campaign requirements
  • Define key messages and brand voice for advertisements and marketing collaterals
  • Monitor current industry trends and turn them into persuasive copy concepts
  • Ensure that all content in the website is aligned with brand standards via branding guides to ensure a cohesive and strong market presence
  • Ensure that the website details are updated
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other related courses
  • At least 2 – 4 years of immersive experience in marketing techniques and principles as well as market research
  • Knowledge of social media trends and web analytics with a sharp business acumen
  • Knowledge and some experience in content management systems like WordPress and Adobe Software
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Exceptional writing and composition skills in various written formats (narrative, short form, interviews, scriptwriting, etc.)
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work around new software and processes is an advantage
