Reporting to the Vice President of Channels & Alliances, the Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining our sales processes, driving efficiency, and facilitating sales growth. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all operations run smoothly and support the strategic sales goals of the organization.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Develop and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including lead generation, CRM management, and sales funnel optimization.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights for sales strategies. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
- CRM Management: Oversee and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, regular updates, and effective utilization by the sales team.
- Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and support of sales objectives.
- Training and Development: Implement training programs and materials to enhance the skills of the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM usage.
- Forecasting and Planning: Assist in sales forecasting and resource planning to meet business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline sales operations and improve productivity.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales, Segmentation, Marketing campaigns, Business trends, and performance feedback to upper management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales operations role, preferably within the technology or professional services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
