Job Purpose Description

• Brand Advocacy: Ensure all visual merchandising efforts align with the brand’s image, values, and customer expectations, creating a cohesive and memorable in-store experience.
• Display Execution: Organize and oversee the setup of in-store displays, window presentations, and promotional events, ensuring consistent, high-quality standards across all locations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of visual merchandisers across multiple stores to maintain cohesive brand presentation and visual standards.
• Tech-Savvy Approach: Utilize innovative apps and tools to monitor, optimize, and ensure real-time consistency in visual merchandising.
• Budget Management: Maintain a sharp focus on budgets and expenses, ensuring a lean and cost-efficient approach to visual merchandising initiatives.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce creative solutions to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.
