As the Content Manager, you will be at the forefront of our storytelling effort and responsible for creating and managing high-impact content that aligns with LovelyGroup’s mission and brand voice. You’ll oversee all online and marketing copy as well as social media channels, ensuring content is engaging, consistent, and optimized for various platforms. You’ll lead a team of experience and creative writers, editors and social media specialists. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic leader with a proven track record in content creation and team management.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our content strategy and team across various platforms.

What you’ll enjoy doing everyday:

  • Manage and oversee all online, marketing, and social media copy, ensuring alignment with the brand voice.
  • Lead a team to create high-quality blog, video, social media, and email content.
  • Develop monthly content schedules and manage workflows for online and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Create and maintain monthly blog schedules (15 topics/month for LovelyGroup and 4 topics/month for related brands).
  • Plan, schedule, and manage the production of video content (4 videos/month), providing creative direction.
  • Oversee all social media channels, including content creation, review, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop and execute content calendars.
  • Maintain and merchandise collections in the Meta Commerce Shop.
  • Assign and review blog and video scripts, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Write and review content for webpages, landing pages, PPC ads, press releases, and media articles.
  • Oversee new SKU and brand launches, managing workflow and content development.
  • Lead SEO projects and provide strategic input for content-driven campaigns

What you bring to the table:

  • 10–12 years of experience as a writer and editor.
  • 2–3 years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities with an eye for detail.
  • Expertise in SEO and content optimization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, CMS tools, and basic HTML.
