Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential clients within the US market to generate qualified leads in the teleradiology sector.
  • Sales & Appointment Setting:
    • Engage with leads, set up appointments, and present our teleradiology services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Lead Data Management:
    • Maintain and update all lead generation data accurately in Bitrix CRM, ensuring the system reflects all client interactions and sales progress.
  • Client Follow-up & Communication:
    • Follow up regularly with clients through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to nurture relationships, advance leads through the sales pipeline, and convert them into clients.
  • Payment Follow-ups:
    • Work with the finance department to ensure timely payment processing and follow up with clients regarding overdue payments, maintaining positive relationships and securing revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services provided.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates to the management team regarding sales performance, lead generation status, and payment follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the teleradiology, healthcare, or technology sectors.
  • Strong skills in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Bitrix, for managing leads.
  • Ability to follow up on payments and manage client expectations regarding financial matters.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail in managing client data and schedules.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the US market, particularly in healthcare sales or teleradiology services.
  • Knowledge of US healthcare regulations and industry trends.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on lead generation and client relationship management.
