Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Identify and source candidates proactively through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct research to identify high-potential talent and build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Job Postings:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements comprehensively.
  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and engagement.
  • Screening Applications:
  • Review and evaluate resumes and applications against job requirements to identify the best-fit candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Facilitate timely communication and manage logistics efficiently.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Provide timely feedback and address candidate queries effectively.
  • Offer & Onboarding:
  • Negotiate offers to balance organizational budgets and candidate expectations effectively.
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • MIS and Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate interactions and feedback.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications, Skills, And Competencies

  • **Education:** Full-time Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, or equivalent). Candidates with part-time, virtual, or correspondence certifications in Engineering or MBA are also eligible.
  • **Experience:** 1–5 years in talent acquisition, preferably with recruitment agencies or RPOs.
  • **Skills:**
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ATS, HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing.
