As a Senior Procurement Buyer, you will be responsible that purchase goods, materials and services and company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. You will hold responsibility for a specific project/region/business or hold a larger remit in terms of purchasing. You will negotiate midsize value contracts, complex requirements and meeting internal client objectives while achieving maximum overall cost effectiveness. You will directly interact with your internal stakeholders and with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on customer needs and Conduct competitive bids
• Identify cost reduction opportunities. Review and monitor purchase requisitions
• Manage supplier communication
• Understand market trends
• Deal with invoice discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with strategic procurement
• Project Management

Operation

• Daily PRPO conversion
• Follow up with suppliers on parts delivery date
• OTTR alignment/ resolve OTTR dispute with suppliers and Supplier Readiness team
• Support IQA team for Quality Hold Rack to connect with external suppliers
• Support Inbound Team on shipping documents
• Resolve PO Price Lock Issue/ GTS Block
• Collaborate with internal Global Buyers/ Planning/ Focus Supplier Team/ Supplier Readiness team on vendor/part issues
• Collaboration with Commodity Manager on pricing issues
• Support AP team on Invoice Dispute
• Inventory control/ reduction for AGI
• Vendor Code creation/change submission to VM team
• PRPO for Indirect purchase

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor Degree in relevant background.

WE VALUE

• Knowledge of purchasing systems
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Good organizational – ability to prioritize and do problem solving, fair amount of years of experience in a purchasing
• English fluent, any other language is a plus
• Planning, negotiations and agreements/contract management experience
• Good technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcing
