Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Parent/Students Interaction over Tale calling.
  • Responsible for Enrolling students on Online/offline Learning Platforms.
  • Closing the weekly Expectations and Deliverables of Enrollment to process products.
  • Follow-up Leads and maintain proper records for leads generated / tele-calling / other activities.
  • Convert the leads assigned to sales over calls.
  • Do outbound calls/Inbound Calls and follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience in Business Development/similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Fresh /B com/BBA/MBA candidates with relevant skills can also apply.
  • Must be well versed with MS Office (Especially Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint), Email Campaigns (bulk email), CRM Tools, and social media.
  • Prior experience in selling IT solutions and services will be an added advantage.
  • Must have the ability to organize and manage prospects/leads database.
  • Focus on growth and scale in every task assigned.
  • Go-getter, disciplined, and paramount adherence to set timelines and result parameters.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, without compromising on quality of delivery.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
