Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Candidate Sourcing
  • Emailing the company’s database to promote available roles.
  • Advertising job openings across various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Headhunting and actively searching for candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant resources.
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Candidate Management: Screening and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements.
  • Conducting brief initial assessments.
  • Maintaining effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Regularly updating and expanding the candidate database with qualified talent.
  • Ensuring accurate records are kept for all candidates and roles.
  • Communication:Handling inbound queries related to job opportunities.
  • Engaging with candidates through phone calls, emails, and messaging, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
  • Role Specifics: Primarily focused on the following areas: Admin, Customer Service, Finance, and Procurement.
  • No business development required as all opportunities come via panel access.

What You Need:

Experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is essential.
  • Experience in sourcing and recruiting for Admin, Customer Service, Finance, and Procurement roles would be an advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with candidates and build relationships over the phone and via email.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

  • To handle phone calls and candidate inquiries.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
