Head of Corporate Planning, Risk, & Strategy Management

Job Description

  • Encourage and coordinate the formulation and strategic planning of the company, both long term and short term, then compile it into a company strategic plan, monitor its implementation, and evaluate the achievement and follow-up of strategies in order to support the achievement of the company’s vision and mission.
  • Formulate, develop, and implement a reliable management system and continuously make improvement throughout the SSI Group (Head Office and Subsidiaries) in order to achieve the company’s vision and mission.
  • Coordinate performance management, provide direction and compile key performance indicators (KPI) and targets for the SSI Group, monitor its implementation and evaluate the achievement of SSI Group’s KPI targets in order to ensure the achievement of company strategies and targets.
  • Develop risk management strategies, coordinate, and implement company risk management, including identification of risk profiles and risk mitigation plans in order to minimize risks that can occur.
  • Develop and monitor ERP implementation throughout SSI Group to ensure the process went well and improve efficiency & coordination process.

Requirements

  • Preferably?Master degree?in Economics, Business, Management
  • 7 years?in Corporate Planning, System Management Development & Implementation, Risk Management and?5 years?in Managerial Position.
  • Preferably experience in?Management Consultant?& implementation in?Business Operation.
  • Understand broad business issues, benchmark and analyze various business risks, able to design, carry out analysis and business process models.
  • Negotiation skill, risk & business analysis, strong analytical background, a problem solver and have excellent diagramming and communication.
  • Specialized knowledge: hospitality, property, construction industry, knowledge of macro and micro economic conditions, organization’s culture and structure.
  • High integrity and trustworthy, have a good relationship with co-workers and business associates, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English.
