Job Description
As an Instructional Designer at Coda Testing, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and effective learning experiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement instructional materials that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
- Utilize instructional design models and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
- Evaluate and revise instructional materials based on feedback and learning outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
