Key Responsibilities ?
- Providing support to our clients by ensuring swift resolution of all EOR employee and client inquiries related to HR, finance, legal, and payroll functions, while ensuring timely and accurate completion of these inquiries both internally and externally.
- Coordinate key employee lifecycle processes – from post-onboarding to offboarding. Including contract verification, payroll and expense management, policy compliance, record maintenance, and collaboration with onboarding, finance, and legal teams.
- Conduct research and maintain country compliance databases to assist with clients’ onboarding and support requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our in-country partners.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy across functions.
- Manage and maintain records through our Hubspot CRM and internal platform.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
What we’re looking for ?
- Demonstrated experience in client support handling inquiries related to HR, payroll, or legal matters, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
- Skilled in managing complex inquiries and providing swift problem-solving solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have experience in a startup or scaleup environment.
- You are in command of a European language and completely fluent in English. Additional points if you are fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, or Danish.
- Knowledge and experience in managing an HRIS system or CRM system such as Hubspot.
- You have excellent organisational and time-management skills as well as being an excellent communicator.
- Strong attention to detail, results-driven with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
