You Would Be Part Of

• Circuit designing and developing of printed circuit boards for Aerial Robots and High Speed designs
• PCB Layout (Altium and Allegro) assignments as well
• Generation and verification of schematics
• Identifying selecting the right components and BOM generation
• Collaborating with design and software engineers to establish the requirements for the hardware development projects
• Proactively & closely working with mechanical design engineers to deliver tightly packaged PCB designs
• Simulating, Testing and Debugging of critical boards’ circuits
• Establishing agency expertise and best practices to share with/elevate other layout designs in high voltage/RF layouts, EMI mitigation, and thermal management optimization
• Managing your own layout requests, scheduling, and planning, and proactively communicating with the team to resolve conflicts
• Apply a manufacturing mindset to designs to effectively and efficiently mass produce products
• Documentation of all the design, development and testing activities

System Certification Testing

We Expect You To Be

• Having excellent knowledge and work experience of Embedded Hardware Design (Altium , Orcad)
• Expert in PCB Layout (Altium and Allegro). Minimum 6 layer routing experience.
• Having very good knowledge of right components selection and BOM creation
• Well familiar with STM32/ARM/Cortex Microprocessor , Microcontrollers and SoC.
• Strong knowledge of different interfaces like I2C, SPI, USB, UART, CAN etc
• Having good board bringup experience
• Understanding of Signal Integrity and EMC/EMI consideration and precautions to be taken in the design
• Having good knowledge of PCB types, design and fabrication process at prototype level and mass production level
• Having knowledge of Compliances, Manufacturability and Test-ability
• Having understanding of Grounding, Bonding & shielding considerations in high-speed, high-power and high RF PCB design
• A self-motivated and motivating personality who can work well independently as well as part of a team
• Having good interpersonal and soft skills who can adapt to the work environment while manifesting a good positive attitude

You Are Awesome If You Are

• Having knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, DFA and Derating analysis for electronic boards and components
• Having EMC EMI Testing Experience
• Experience in version control
• Familiar with aspects of RF design in the circuits
• Experienced with large scale development, manufacturing and QA/QC
• Having knowledge of IPC standards like IPC-2221/2222/7351 etc.
• Familiar with high-speed interfaces like DDR2/3/4, NAND, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet preferred.
