Job Description

  • Provide HR guidance, information, and education to employees at all levels with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Manage a high volume of employee requests and tickets daily in a fast-paced environment while effectively tracking, documenting, and reporting progress.
  • Deliver personalized care experiences and effective partnerships through multiple communication modes including chat, phone, and casework.
  • Support customers on the implementation and execution of core HR programs while supporting the needs of the business.
  • Partner with other COEs and collaborate cross-functionally while handling complex situations to make recommendations on appropriate courses of action.
