The growing family of MIXT restaurants is seeking a talented Prep/Busser/DMO to join our dynamic team!

Preps, Bussers, and Dishwashers play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our guests have an exceptional experience. As PBDs, you’ll be responsible for keeping things organized, communicating effectively, and maintaining our quality standards. You’ll be eager to help wherever needed and contribute to a positive, fun team environment.

What We’re Looking For

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized area and restock clean dishes and equipment
  • Circulate dirty/clean bowls and utensils
  • Ensure kitchen cleaning supplies are well-stocked
  • Greet guests and complete orders in line with our Customer Service Guidelines
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu, including ingredients and allergens
  • Act as the point of contact between the service line and kitchen teams
  • Work efficiently and quickly
  • Assist with assembling catering orders
  • Deliver customer orders (offices, homes, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining room (removing dirty dishes, sweeping, mopping)
  • Restock salad line items and prepare ingredients for service (washing, cutting, and stocking)
  • Adhere to food safety and quality standards
  • Complete all required cleaning tasks
  • Maintain a clean, well-groomed personal appearance and follow the uniform policy
  • Additional duties as assigned by your Manager
