What Will I be Doing?
The Vice President of New Product Strategy leads the overall process in conceptualizing, planning, and executing strategies to launch new innovative forms of membership, products, and services to reach new customers. This role will deliver incremental value to our members and guests, as well as positively impact our Revenue/ EBITDA growth for the company.Â

You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Represent the customer needs to the organization, championing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and enhance performance across every stage of the Membership experience
- Drive Executive decision making on product evolution initiatives to be prioritized, sourcing ideas throughout the organization and maintaining backlog based on expected impact on company KPIs (top and bottom-line impact, customer and team member satisfaction) and ability to implement
- Drive initiative design and coordinate implementation for prioritized initiatives, leading functional teams through creating and execution of solutions in line with business goals
- Identify, Select and Manage Vendor as needed to implement the initiative
- Manage initiative budget
- Report on initiative results and recommend next steps
- Maintain a view of direct and indirect competitor strategies and actions, to drive differentiation and foresee risks
- Institutionalize product development practices that are in line with Design Thinking and Customer Centric product design and adopt Agile working principles
- Lead functional teams allocated to initiatives, ensuring learning, progress and growth
- Work with functional leaders to ensure support and understanding of business goals and initiatives

What Are We Looking For:

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 10+ years of related experience.Â
- 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
- Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience.Â
- Previous experience in Sales & Marketing of memberships.
- Proven track record of developing new products and/or services.
