Scope

Job Description for Administrative Assistant

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm South Windsor, CT Time with a 30-minute paid break
  • Collaboration with various departments including sales and quality control

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including generating reports
  • Manage inventory using the inflow system
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Support quality management processes
  • Coordinate communication between customers and vendors

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE A LAPTOP/DESKTOP OPERATING ON WINDOWS OS
  • Basic bookkeeping experience, preferably with QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, ideally inflow
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in handling phone calls and emails professionally
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail, especially in quality control processes
