Job Description
JOIN US as a Marketing Coordinator and we can offer you an opportunity to work in a high-tech, specialist company working with some of the best global names in aerospace, medical, semiconductor and clean energy. Due to an excellent period of growth, this is a newly created, stand alone marketing role, reporting to the VP Innovation. This role will enable a bright, creative, self-starter to help shape our marketing function, communications and events calendar.
Role & Responsibilities
Marketing strategy development and execution
- Develop a robust marketing strategy for Winbro in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and help promote new business opportunities.
- Ensure strategies are tailored to target market segments, focusing on digital marketing, social media and other communication channels.
Product launches
- Coordinate with the leadership, sales and service teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Create launch plans that include content, campaigns and events to drive product awareness and adoption.
Content creation and management
- Develop or oversee the creation of high-quality, value-added content, such as; case studies, customer testimonials, evidence-based clinical research studies and customer pitch decks.
- Ensure content is compelling, aligned with brand identity and addresses customer needs.
Customer engagement and events
- Plan, organize and host customer events to enhance brand visibility and relationships.
- Coordinate the trade show calendar ensuring optimal ROI.
- Performance analysis and reporting
- Prepare and present regular updates on campaign performance; including insights, metrics and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Customer-facing representation
- Act as a professional representative exceeding customer expectations in interactions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for marketing-related queries from customers and stakeholders.
Brand growth and exposure
- Drive initiatives to grow brand visibility through innovative campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Establish and maintain a strong presence in digital and physical marketing spaces.
Requirements
We are looking for an energetic and creative marketer with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar and a minimum of 3 years B2B marketing experience.
