Role Overview
- Manages daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
- Coordinates team meetings and events and prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
- Assists in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communications.
- Prepares reports, write and distribute email, correspondence memos/letters.
- Routes documents and maintain appropriate filing systems.
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provides general support to the department operations
Role Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate of a Business or Engineering course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Relevant buying experience, knowledge in coordinating with all entities involved in a supply chain/process, and strategic planning in procurement, production, and inventory controls is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent critical thinking skills
