Position: Freelance HR Manager – Remote

Location: Work from Anywhere in India

Employment Type: Freelance

Experience: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Design and implement training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Create and maintain employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle exit interviews and offboarding processes
  • Provide HR metrics and analytics reports to management
  • Develop and manage HR budget

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in HR/Personnel Management
  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Experience with remote team management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary Range: (one month unpaid role)

  • Upto 7LPA (based on experience and expertise)
