Job Description
Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for executing and enhancing day-to-day HR operational duties related to the employee lifecycle for Mandai Wildlife Group. This role covers activities including everything from preboarding to offboarding and everything in-between as part of the employee lifecycle, to ensure a smooth and efficient HR experience for employees.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
General HR Operations:
• Acting as primary point of contact for queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Managing day-to-day HR operation tasks, including employee data management, maintaining personnel files and updating HR systems.
• Supporting in all work passes related matters and documentation.
• Managing of employee life cycle process including new hire onboarding, employment changes and offboarding.
• Preparing and managing the signing of letters of appointment, new hire orientation and exit clearance processes.
Compliance and Reporting
• Supporting in generating monthly HR reports
• Conducting periodic audits to maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to HR activities.
HR Projects & Initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the HR Shared Services function and
contribute to the development and implementation of new processes.
• Participating in projects focused on enhancing the employee experience throughout the lifecycle
Others:
• Handling other administrative duties (e.g., vendor invoice management).
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant HR field is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR operations
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Process-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful and self-motivated
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
