Job Description
Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
- Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB
- Experience working with children with autism
- Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers

Job Type: FT
Pay: $80,000 – $100,000 anually
Expected hours: 30-40 hours per week
