Designation: Senior Manager / Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Compensation: 20 LPA – 25 LPA
Your Role
As a Key Accounts Manager, You Will
Client Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key e-commerce accounts while serving as their primary point of contact.
Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, maximize revenue, and align with clients business objectives.
Sales Execution: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Lead negotiations, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance data, identify trends, and implement actionable improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support) to exceed client expectations.
Problem-Solving: Resolve client challenges promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Reporting: Present detailed updates on account status, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
What You Bring
Education: MBA from a reputed B-School.
Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in managing and growing key accounts.
Skills
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
