We are looking for a proactive and skilled ICT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will

work closely with stakeholders and clients to design, develop, and implement innovative systems that

improve business processes and operational efficiency. By analyzing and addressing organizational

challenges, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical and strategic solutions to achieve operational

excellence.

About The Role

As an ICT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying production challenges, optimizing

workflows, and developing strategies to enhance system performance and organizational outcomes.

This position involves close collaboration with teams to ensure systems deliver consistent business value

while adhering to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Operational Excellence:

Continuously improve operational processes and procedures to achieve organizational excellence.

Oversee system performance and ensure the consistent delivery of business value through effective

strategies and technical solutions.

  • Analyze and Document Processes:

Identify and document business processes, technical functions, and user requirements to enhance

system efficiency. Leverage software engineering tools and innovative methods to streamline

workflows, automate processes, and prepare actionable reports to guide stakeholders in decision

making.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:

Engage closely with users and stakeholders to gather and document their business requirements. Ensure

all needs are clearly understood and effectively addressed through tailored technical and operational

solutions.

  • Recommend and Resolve Issues:

Proactively analyze production data to identify potential risks and inefficiencies. Investigate system

issues, recommend improvements for services and strategies, resolve software bugs, and implement

measures to maintain compliance and system effectiveness.

  • Develop and Maintain System Plans:

Create comprehensive system plans and documentation to support implementation, remediation

strategies, root cause analysis, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure plans align with organizational goals

and provide clear roadmaps for operational improvements.

  • Ensure SLA Compliance and Quality Standards:

Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key organizational metrics to ensure timely task

completion and maintain high-quality deliverables.

  • Support Team Growth and Collaboration:

Onboard and train new team members, provide guidance on processes, and foster collaboration within

the team. Contribute to team-building efforts through technical mentoring, knowledge sharing, and

promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a System/Business Analyst or similar role
  • Proficient in:
  • Programming: Java, Unix Shell Scripting
  • Database Management: SQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra DB
  • Tools: Splunk, Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft tools
  • Technologies: Microservices architecture, Cloud Technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Expertise in business and data analysis
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
