Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets set for the store.
  • Adhere to store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach.
  • Deep product knowledge in sarees and art & decor.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing product offerings.
  • Effective interpersonal and selling skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
  • Experience: 2 to 7 years in sales, preferably in a retail environment specializing in sarees and art & decor.
