We are currently looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor, to join our Accommodation Services on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Floor Supervisor, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

To check each room daily on assigned floors to ensure it has been cleaned, laid out, supplied and presented to required standards set.

To check Vacant Clean status rooms promptly each morning and report to the Office Co-coordinator the status found.

To ensure that there are adequate supplies of linen, guest and cleaning supplies according to the set par stocks.

To handle all guest requests, queries and complaints promptly and to exercise discretion in any contact with guests.

Ensuring all procedures are followed in relation to LQA standards

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
