Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 DOE

The Mobile Products Division of Golf Genius has an exciting new opening for a Product Manager for the SwingU product. Reporting to the Group Product Director, this role will focus on driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of key initiatives for the SwingU product. The Product Manager will lead efforts to innovate, prioritize, and execute on product features and improvements, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and manage a team.

Responsibilities and priorities include but not limited to:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to launch of new features.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends to align product decisions with long-term business goals and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap for products in alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Manage a team and collaborate with development, design, and other departments to ensure successful product development and product adoption.
  • Plan, initiate and manage projects for mobile and web based products.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Drive decision-making through user insight, quantitative analysis to continuously improve free app user and subscriber retention.
  • Promote best practices in Agile product management, work effectively across the organization to deliver key product releases on schedule.
  • Advocate for and implement user insights and feedback to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, conversion optimization, and user engagement. Mobile experience is preferred.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, including prioritization, execution, and post-launch iteration.
  • Strong research and analytical skills; comfortable using data for tactical and strategic decision-making.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience leveraging customer insights and feedback to drive product success.
  • Strong knowledge of golf, its audience, and culture. Experience with golf-related apps or products is preferred.

Golf Genius is a 100% virtual company. The person who fills this position will be required to work at their residence, which must be in one of the following states: AZ, CO, CT, FL, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX and ensure they have proper accommodations to successfully do their job and take video conference calls.
