Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Development:
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to meet organizational requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate terms of partnership.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with quality standards and timelines.
  • Supply Chain Operations:
  • Monitor and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities accordingly.
  • Track inventory levels, manage procurement activities, and optimize logistics

to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

  • Process Optimization:
  • Identify areas for improvement in current operations and implement solutions to streamline processes.
  • Assist in developing strategies for cost control and waste reduction.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain reports on vendor performance, procurement activities, and supply chain metrics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for audits and internal reviews.
