Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator with a strong emphasis on recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment budgets while also supporting general HR functions such as payroll processing, onboarding, and employee record management. Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on various platforms, ensuring maximum reach and visibility.
- Manage and track recruitment budgets to optimize job posting expenditures.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage the offboarding process, including exit surveys and final payroll.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including offer letters, policy updates, and compliance forms.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and provide support for employee questions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Generate HR-related reports as needed.
- Accurately process weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee changes, tax forms, and deductions.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, including payroll processing.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Experience with job boards, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, experience with Paylocity and/or R365 a plus
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
