Type: Full-time, Day Shift Work

Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and emails during the designated day shift hours.
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how SkillArbitrage solutions can meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via virtual platforms.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales success.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Counselor or similar role, preferably in a Day shift setting.
• Minimum 1 year in EdTech counseling or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy: Candidates must have access to their own reliable computer, laptop.
