Licensed Counselor – $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a full-time, licensed clinician for our Withdrawal Management program to provide clinical services for individuals with behavioral, substance abuse, psychiatric, and emotional concerns.

Essential Duties

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Educate clients on substance use disorders and recovery resources.
• Coordinate case management and discharge planning.
• Provide crisis intervention and support ongoing treatment planning.

Requirements

• Counselor III: Masters degree and Associate License; Starting salary: $60,000.
• Counselor IV: Masters degree and Independent License; Starting salary: $80,000.
