We are in search of an accomplished Vice President/Director of Operations & Executive Assistant to join our esteemed leadership team. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for office management, maintaining coworking space relationships and handling lease negotiations.
  • Oversee operational budgets and software systems while ensuring effective cost control.
  • Deliver reporting on attendance, sustainability initiatives, and operational metrics.
  • Manage cybersecurity training and vendor relations.
  • Supervise the Operations Coordinator and support office administration, social media, and recruitment efforts.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, TriNet, and HRIS/PEO platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication capabilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • A proactive and positive disposition with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in operations, HR, or administrative leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and experience managing EcoVadis assessments is advantageous.
  • SHRM-CP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous P&L or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
