Job Profile

EPC LEAD Design Electrical Engineer

Required Design Experience in reputed Organizations (consultancy / Retail fit out formats/Mall/commercial/EPC-design) preferably, graduate engineer – B.E/B.Tech(Electrical) from Reputed Engineering Institutes like National Institute of technology / State Govt. /Reputed Pvt Colleges etc.

JOB Requirements

Electrical systems design Experience in Retail fit out/Mall/commercial applications

Conversant with NBC, BIS, IEC, IEEE, CPWD, CEA and IS codes related to electrical systems

design.

Deliver electrical BOQ, Electrical load list. DB schedule etc. for different retail formats.

Deliver electrical GFCs SLD, Lighting (Normal& emergency)/Power /Cable tray & conduit

layout/Earthing layout/equipment layout (HT/LT Panel, DB, UPS, inverter, transformer,

DG, stabilizer etc.)

Sound Technical design Skills Voltage drop calculations, Lux calculation, Earth resistance,

lighting protection risk study, cable sizing etc.

Understanding of Electrical safety requirement and implement into electrical design.

Verify and approve vendor drawings of HT/LT panel, transformer, DG etc

Interact and coordinate with internal departments like Civil, Structural, Architectural,

HVAC IT/SLP procurement etc. to achieve the project goals in the allotted time.

Interact and coordinate with external departments like DEC, Zonal team, FM etc.

Review and validate bills of electrical vendor received from site.

Support site execution team and resolve site queries.

Standardize and simplify design and specifications as per site-specific conditions.

Work on energy saving opportunities in order to save on power.
