Registered Nurse – ACT

Location: Duluth, MN | FTE: Full Time | Salary: $64,009.77 – $81,085.64

Summary: Provide nursing care to clients with severe mental illness in collaboration with the ACT team.

• Direct clinical services in office and field, including triage, vital signs, and care coordination.
• Assist in evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing care for ACT clients.
• Conduct crisis evaluations, assess medication responses, and provide patient education.
• Maintain documentation and manage a small caseload with treatment plans.
• Travel required for field services; on-call crisis response as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: A.A. or B.A. in Nursing, 1 year psychiatric nursing experience, knowledge of community psychiatric systems.

Desired: Experience in ACT programs or community mental health clinics.
