Job Description
Join the Behavioral Health Network as an Adult Behavioral Health Home Coordinator, where you’ll coordinate integrated behavioral and physical health services for adults with mental health and substance use challenges. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C) and two years of relevant experience.
