Clinical Lab Scientist – $12,000 Sign-on Bonus

Status: Full Time 72 Hours

Shift: Day/Evening

Salary Range: $29.60 – $47.47 Hourly

Responsibilities

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for performing laboratory procedures and reporting test results under the supervision of the laboratory director. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing laboratory procedures accurately and promptly.
• Communicating effectively with team members and caregivers.
• Conducting quality control and maintenance procedures.
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness in the work area.
• Managing supplies responsibly.

Required: Associate degree in Clinical Lab Science or equivalent, with MLS certification within 12 months. Preferred: 2 years of experience in high complexity testing for MLT staff.
